You don't have to leave your four-legged friends at home for your Irish holiday, as many of Original Irish Hotel's castles, manor houses and boutique hotels are pet-friendly. So you can feel free to bring your furry friends along with you on your travels!
Beech Hill Country House Hotel
At Beech Hill, the pet policy is simple - they do not discriminate, as long as the pets are adorable and well-behaved! Beech Hill invites you and your four-legged family member - cat or dog, to roam around the 32-acres of woodlands and relax in one of the hotel's spacious guestrooms.
Start your break the right way with a 'Pawsecco' or 'Doggy Beer' for your pet on arrival! Beech Hill pet guests will also receive their own cosy blanket, treat and water bowl in the special welcome pack. The hotel can even arrange dog-grooming and pet-walking services for an additional fee. Be sure to check out Beech Hill's 'Doggy Menu'. Please mention your pet at the time of booking to ensure the pet-friendly rooms are available. There is a cost of £30 per stay for your pet.
Carna Bay Hotel
Carna Bay Hotel are delighted to be a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are more than welcome at Carna Bay Hotel, as long as they are house-trained and have suitable bedding/box for sleeping in. Pets can stay in rooms with guests at no extra cost. Your dogs will feel like they are in heaven as they enjoy the wonderful local area and fabulous beaches. Located close by are the Aran Islands, Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park; this is the perfect area for you and your pet's getaway.
Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges
At the Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges they know how important it is to have your pets on holiday, they are part of the family after all. Idyllically set on the shores of scenic Lough Erne, bordered by private ground and gardens, Killyhevlin is perfect for exploring with your four-legged friend.

Lough Inagh Lodge
Lough Inagh Lodge is an award-winning pet-friendly hotel and has been so for many years. Pets are more than welcome to be kept in the bedrooms and brought into the front lounges but the Lodge appreciates that they are kept away from all dining areas. There is no extra cost to bring your four-legged friend to stay at Lough Inagh Lodge.
*As the hotel is situated in a farming and natural wildlife area Lough Inagh Lodge have to ensure that all pets are adequately controlled while on and off the grounds of the hotel.
When your long day is over, you can retire to the comfort of your spacious, pet-friendly bedroom, which has spectacular views over Lough Inagh and The Twelve Bens Mountains and plenty of open space to let your dog free to run and play in the natural beauty of the Connemara countryside.
Mount Falcon Estate
Mount Falcon have both courtyard and lakeside self-catering lodges available on their 100-acre estate and guests are welcome to bring their dogs to stay with them in these designated lodges. Your pet will thoroughly enjoy the magical woodlands of Mount Falcon Estate, in North County Mayo, a beautiful part of the West of Ireland.
*Pets are not allowed in the hotel and must always be kept on a leash.
Parknasilla Resort & Spa
Parknasilla would love to welcome you and your lovable four-legged friend to Kerry. With the hotel's newly-built kennels, 'The Willow', your dog will get as good a night's sleep as you will! This means the whole family can relax and unwind at Parknasilla!
For a nominal charge of €10 per night, Parknasilla offers your dog a home from home. However, no on understands your dog's preference better than you, so Parknasilla asks that you bring their own bedding, food and water bowls, and their preferred dog food. The kennel area is well lit and located adjacent to the main hotel side entrance, just a short five minute walk from the main hotel.
Guests must notify the hotel in advance that their dog will be accompanying them and reserve a kennel. Dogs (with the exception of guide dogs) are not allowed inside the hotel or in the self-catering accommodation. T&C's Apply for More information is available on Parknasilla's website.
Randles Hotel Killarney

As one of the few dog-friendly hotels in Ireland, you and your best friend can relax and enjoy a stay in this luxurious four-star hotel.
To make all guests' stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible, there are certain rules Randles would kindly ask you to read and follow: Randles only allow small to medium sized dogs to stay. Maximum of one dog per room. Owners are requested to bring their own food requirements for pets. Pets are not allowed within the public areas of the hotel - i.e. the lobby, bar and restaurant. There is an additional charge of €10 per pet (applies for one night) and €15 per pet (for more than one night total).
Seaview House Hotel
Seaview House Hotel is a charming Country House located in the village of Ballylickey in West Cork. The house is set in beautiful private grounds and is close to the popular West Cork towns of Glengarriff and Bantry. The Hotel has a limited number of pet friendly rooms available and charge a fee of €25 per dog.
Sneem Hotel
Sneem Hotel has a simple dog policy, they welcome any dog, regardless of size, weight, or breed for zero fees or deposits, as long as they are cute, adorable and well-behaved! If you are looking for a dog friendly hotel in Ireland, Sneem is the perfect destination for you and your dog’s vacation. There are terrific walking trails near the hotel that you and your dog will enjoy as well as some beautiful sandy beaches.
Golden's Cove ground floor self-catering apartments have been allocated for Sneem's pet-friendly guests. They do advise that you bring your own pet bed or blanket, food & water bowl, and pet food. To avoid disappointment please reserve a pet-friendly apartment when booking.
