Are these vouchers valid in any Original Irish Hotel?

Yes, vouchers are valid for accommodation packages booked directly through the Central Reservations Office by calling 01 295 8900 or emailing reservations@originalirishhotels.com.

How long are vouchers valid for?

Monetary vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Package vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. After 12 months, the voucher will change to the monetary value.

How do I receive my Original Irish Hotels Gift Voucher?

When you are purchasing your Original Irish Hotels Gift Voucher, you have the option of receiving the card by post or an e-voucher via email which will be in PDF format. You can also choose whether the voucher is emailed or posted directly to you or to somebody else. Gift Cards delivered by post are presented in a gift box with a copy of our directory and a message of greeting of your choice.

How long does it take to receive my Original Irish Hotels Gift Voucher?

E-Vouchers are sent by email immediately after purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of postal gift cards within the Republic of Ireland. Outside of Ireland, please allow 7-10 working days. **During the busy Christmas period these estimated times may differ.

Can I make my hotel booking with 3rd party websites, like Booking.com / Expedia / Hotels.com (or similar) and pay on arrival with my Original Irish Hotels Gift Voucher?

Gift vouchers must be booked through Original Irish Hotels for validation. Reservations or enquiries must be made through the Central Reservations office by calling 01 295 8900, emailing reservations@originalirishhotels.com or booking online via www.originalirishhotels.com

Can I use the balance on my Gift Voucher at the hotel to purchase e.g. dinner, lunch, spa etc.?

Yes - guests may need to charge purchases to their room and pay with gift voucher on check-out.

Can my Original Irish Hotels Gift Voucher be used more than once?

Yes, your gift voucher may be used multiple times provided there is remaining credit on your gift voucher after you use it. The hotel will deduct the amount used and can let you know your new balance.
