Lough Rynn Castle Gardens
Peacefully tucked away to the corner of the main castle lies the walled gardens of Lough Rynn Estate.
Not only is the walled garden one of the most stunning sights on the estate, its fruits, vegetable and herbs are used in the hotels award winning kitchen.
But more than anything, the walled oasis has become a beacon of romance, a hugely popular spot where many the couple have gotten engaged, only to return later to seal the deal with a wedding to remember.
Mary's Organic Garden at Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel
The team at Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel are passionate about home grown produce, local and seasonal foods. Mary Fitzgerald, in memory of her late husband, developed an Organic Garden. Here, staff make the most of seasonal organic produce including leafy greens for salads and sprigs of mint for a refreshing mojito in Dicks Bar.
Mitzie's Garden at Cabra Castle
Mitzie's garden was developed in 2018, It is an Italian style garden with numerous white rose bushes which bloom every summer.
On the back wall of the garden stands 4 statues, each depicting the four seasons. This garden has become a favourite location for wedding couples to capture memories from their wedding day at Cabra Castle.
The Walled Garden at Ballynahinch Castle
A focal point on the 700 acre estate of Ballynahinch Castle is their beautiful walled garden. Within the walled garden each area has its own points of interest, with the greenhouse surrounded by the edible garden, the pleached pyramidal trees underplanted with herbaceous beds, a living archway tunnel with rose bushes, a roof-trained pergola area and a mixed tree area planted with green manures which are bee and butterfly friendly.

We did say we had big & small supergardens! The Bush Hotel, is a Charming award-winning boutique hotel in the centre of Carrick on Shannon, County Leitrim and they have developed a charming 'quirky' corner garden as you walk towards the hotel from their car park.
