Head Chef Pat McLarnon, has cultivated a specially designed Valentine’s Day menu to suit all tastes. Pat has created this sumptuous menu using ingredients such as seaweed, pickled pears, smoked chilli and sloe berries, which are sure to delight his diners on the night.
